Restoration of a Grade 2 listed property nestled in a conservation area. Tasked with eradicating persistent dampness and cold, we delicately removed the problematic cementitious sand and cement render using hand tools only. Adhering to Heritage England's prescribed method, we repointed the structure with NHL lime mortar. This approach not only ensured historical authenticity but also allowed the property to breathe, addressing the issues that had marred its charm for years.
